Upon full payment for development work, clients will receive the rights to the final website deliverables unless otherwise specified.
Nexoglyph reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

Websites may rely on third-party services including but not limited to:
- Hosting providers
- Domain registrars
- Content delivery networks
- Software plugins or frameworks
- Payment processors
Nexoglyph is not responsible for outages, failures, or issues caused by third-party providers.
7. Service Availability
While Nexoglyph strives to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites or systems.
Maintenance, updates, or external service disruptions may temporarily affect service availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexoglyph shall not be liable for:

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services in the preceding three months.

10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services at any time.
Upon termination:
- Outstanding invoices remain payable
- Access to managed services may be discontinued

11. Acceptable Use
Clients agree not to use Nexoglyph services for activities that violate laws or regulations, including but not limited to:
- Distribution of malware
- Fraudulent activity
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Hosting illegal or infringing content
Violation may result in immediate service termination.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised date.
Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
